Opportunity for applicants (m/f/d) with development potential: Employment as Executive Assistant (m/f/d) with focus on Inside Sales and Marketing at Galileo Group in Munich

Galileo Group AG is one of the most innovative software manufacturers in Munich. Our products address the core functionalities of our customers' IT factories in Europe, Americas and Asia.

The technological focus of our products includes software application lifecycle management and orchestration of all software tools used by our international customers in the large corporate environments.

You can expect a medium-sized company with start-up structures and freedom, which is only limited by market dynamics, but not by corporate guidelines.

The position is suitable for part-time work, e.g. for returning to work after maternity leave. There is also more than enough to do for a full-time position.

What we expect

  • Completed university studies or completed commercial or IT training or additional qualification in one of these areas.

  • IT affinity, very good MS Office skills, initial experience in the use of CRM systems and ERP systems.

  • Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English.

  • We will find out the essential things that are mutually important to us in a personal interview.

What you can expect

Administration of sales data and CRM systems: You will support the founder and the direct sales in managing customer contacts, sales processes and sales data and maintain these in our CRM systems. You will help to analyze this data in order to optimize sales strategies.

Remote customer support: You maintain existing customer relationships, create offers for contract extensions and take care of invoicing through to receipt of payment.

Remote partner support: You support our consulting partners and our software resellers in the preparation of quotations and follow up our partners' implementation projects in cooperation with our project managers until invoicing and receipt of payment.

Upselling and cross-selling: You support the founder and direct sales to generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Collaboration with other departments: You will work closely with other departments such as marketing, direct sales, project managers of our roll-out projects and product development to understand customer needs and support the sales process.
