The focus of this position is always hands-on work on code. Modern software development is multi-layered and not limited to individual technologies. We have university computer scientists and mathematicians in our team. Chemists with a doctorate can also think and work in a structured way. Also IT professionals without a degree with several years of intensive development experience fit into our team just as well as computer science graduates from universities of applied sciences.
