Multiple, non-integrated ALM solutions in use
The trading company had several solutions in place for ALM. In addition to incident and change management based on ServiceNow, SAP ChaRM was also used. Both solutions were operated as isolated applications without further integration.
Integration via Conigma™ Connect
In the summer of 2021, the company decided to automate communication and integrate ServiceNow and SAP ChaRM via the no-code integration platform Conigma™ Connect.
