Cleanup of GDPR relevant data
The General Data Protection Regulation also affects the personal data stored in Conigma.
Conigma CCM provides the reports /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE and /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE_HIST to support data deletion. You can use these reports to delete relevant legacy data and the associated historical data.
Report /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE
Report /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE is used to delete legacy data from Conigma. The selection screen is described below.
The parameters have the following effects:
Cleanup options
Remove personal data before: All personal data whose relevance is dated before the specified date will be deleted. Here a date which lies about 10 years in the past is to expect.
Delete CRs and CTS objects: Old changes and transport request objects (Conigma wrapper objects) will be deleted. Activating this option is recommended as the data may be GDPR relevant.
Delete User Objects: Old Conigma User Objects will be deleted. Activating this option is recommended as the data may be GDPR relevant.
System landscape options
Same UIDs on all systems: A SAP User ID is uniquely assigned to a person regardless of the system. This means that a user gets the same SAP Logon ID on every SAP system. If applicable, this option should be enabled, as it allows for a more efficient and thorough cleanup, resulting in fewer manual steps.
Execution options
Only show errors and Warnings: No status or overview messages are displayed. Only errors and warnings are output.
Simulation mode: Only a simulation is run. The output gives a preview of the expected result.
Developer options (recommended to be not set)
Normally, no settings should be made here.
Report /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE_HIST
The report/GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETEHIST is used for irreversible deletion of historical data. It handles data which has been previously deleted with report /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE. Only data that has been deleted for at least 1 month can be finally cleaned from history.
The parameters have the following effects:
Remove history marked before: The report /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE not only deleted data, but also marked the associated history as deletable. Here you can specify the mark date (the date on which /GAL/CCM_DSGVO_DELETE was executed). For security reasons, the date must be at least one month in the past.
Simulation mode: Only a simulation is run. The output gives a preview of the expected result.
