Reset or exit QCopy

The buttons shown in the figure provide the following functions (from left to right).

  1. Reset system data (settings such as read mode or queue lock are retained). If no changes/entries have been made, QCopy is exited.

  2. Reset settings and system data. If no changes/entries have been made, QCopy is exited.

  3. Exit QCopy.

Especially if a queue is locked, QCopy should only be exited via the "Exit QCopy" button, so that the queue is unlocked correctly.

If the queue is accidentally left in a locked state, you can unlock it using transaction /GAL/QCP_UNLOCK_SYS, which is included in the delivery.
