User preferences
Additional settings for each user
Using the drop-down menu Repository Browser --> User Settings or the button
you will see the following pop-up:
Show Objects
In this area you can activate the display of special (normally hidden) objects. This setting is mainly relevant for administrators, but is available to all users. The individual options have the following meaning:
Choice | Seriousness |
---|---|
Templates | Repositories that only serve as templates can be marked accordingly, so that they are only visible after activating this option. Changes within these repositories are highly restricted and mostly reserved for administrators. |
Deleted objects | External objects that are only synchronized with the Conigma Repository (for example, CTS change requests / SAP transports) are no longer displayed in the Repository Browser after they are deleted. This option activates the display of such externally deleted objects. |
Inactive objects | Some objects that are no longer required (for example, obsolete users and user groups) can be flagged as inactive by an administrator. These objects are then no longer displayed in the Repository Browser, but are still stored in the Conigma CCM database. This option activates the display of such inactive objects in the Repository Browser. For example, the reactivation of such objects is made possible. |
Displaying the Message Log
Select how the message log is to be displayed. Alternatively, the display can be suppressed.
