Workflow tab

This tab shows the audit trail of the Change.

Here you will find the following fields:

Process

All Changes in a repository usually run through one and the same process instance.
For some customers, however, different processes are interlinked. This applies, for example, to customers with a comprehensive template development process that then branches into country-specific delivery processes, for example.

State

Status of the Change in the process

History

This table shows the audit trail. This enables the IT audit department to recognize at any time which path triggered by which user a Change has taken through the process.
In the "Action" column, you see the respective status transition and the activity that triggered the status transition in square brackets.
In the "User" column, the user "System" refers to an automatic state transition. The prefix "[CCM]" shows that the status transition was triggered manually by a Conigma user. If the triggering Conigma user no longer exists, the text "[SAP]" is displayed here followed by the corresponding SAP user ID including SAP system and client. In special scenarios, users from external IT systems can also be displayed here. Such entries are marked with the prefix "[EXT]".
