Removing the assignment of a Conigma user to a Conigma user group
Functional scope
Depending on the type of assignment of a Conigma user to a Conigma user group, there are different ways to remove an assignment.
Remove assignment via object links
If a user has been manually assigned to a user group via a Conigma object link, this assignment can be removed manually. To do so, the corresponding user group must be expanded in the Repository Browser and the user who is to be removed from the group must be right clicked. In the context menu, only the entry "Remover from parent object" must then be selected. Depending on the customizing, the action can also be named "Remove from group" or similar.
Cancel assignment via SAP authorizations
If a user should be removed from a user group whose assignment is made via SAP authorization, the user must be withdrawn the corresponding SAP authorization.
Cancel assignment via nested user groups
If a Conigma user is assigned to a Conigma user group via nested user groups, the user cannot be removed directly from the user group. It is possible to remove the user from the subordinated user group, if these permissions are no longer needed. Otherwise, it is only possible to completely remove the subordinate user group and assign users to the superior user group either manually or by using SAP authorizations.
To remove a user group from a super ordinate user group, right-click the user group to open the context menu and select the menu item "Remove from parent object".
