Management Cockpit (Connect 2024)

The Management Cockpit provides a compact overview of the transaction throughput of the last 14 days and informs about incorrect processed workflows. The data is displayed for the system that has triggered a workflow in Conigma Connect. Manually started workflows contain the system identifier "Flow Studio".

Transaction statistics

The statistics section displays transaction statistics for the last 14 days. A line chart shows the transaction throughput per day and application and a pie chart shows the percentage distribution of transactions across all applications.

Error statistics

The management area provides a representation of erroneous and temporarily suspended transactions as a pillar diagram including statistics per application on how many transactions could not be successfully processed in percentage terms. Workflows can be suspended automatically if a dependent workflow has previously run into an error. Processing of suspended workflows are automatically triggered as soon as the error of the dependent workflow has been corrected. This functionality is important for processes that have to be executed in a certain order, e.g. status transitions.

To interpret the data, it is important to know that the error statistics are grouped by the system that triggered a workflow. In drill-down example below, ServiceNow triggers updates in SAP Solution Manager and vice versa SAP Solution Manager triggers updates in ServiceNow. So, in the following example, the diagram bar labeled ServiceNow thus refers to errors that occurred when updating or creating data in Solution Manager.

Drilldown for erroneous transactions

A research functionality allows a drill down to the transaction management when clicking on one of the diagram bars.
