Transaction management (Connect 2024)
Transaction details are called execution contexts in Conigma Connect. The management of execution contexts provides detailed overviews of workflows that have already been processed or are currently running as well as suspended or scheduled ones.
Default filter
The default search allows filtering by project, scenario, workflow status and last update date.
Custom index filter
Index values can be defined and filled implicitly during workflow processing. Indexes can be filled with constants as well as any value that is available at the time of workflow processing. Typically, indexes are filled with IDs of entities that triggered the workflow or are related with these entities, e.g. the number of a task in ServiceNow and the corresponding object ID of a document managed by SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.
Detail view of a processed workflow
In the detail view, the workflow flow is displayed hierarchically with status information. Each node of the tree view represents a workflow element. When a node is selected in the tree view, details are displayed in a separate data area. This data area contains all values of processed variables and also contains the contents of inbound and outbound web service calls.
Rescheduling of erroneous workflows
Erroneous workflows can be executed manually in the detail view of the execution context if the original error situation has been corrected. When rescheduling, the workflow starts from the workflow element that was selected in the tree view. If the workflow is to be executed from the workflow element with errors, the lowest node marked as erroneous in the tree view must be selected.
