Recap of SAP S/4HANA Cloud & SAP Cloud ALM Partner Summit 2024

As an SAP partner for SAP Cloud ALM, Galileo Group participated in the SAP Summit 2024. SAP had invited to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud & SAP Cloud ALM Partner Summit in St. Leon-Rot on 6 and 7 March 2024. The two days were packed with topics relating to SAP ALM in conjunction with RISE and GROW

We particularly enjoyed the keynote speech by Marc Thier, SVP Application Lifecycle Management at SAP, entitled "Transform your Business" with SAP Signavio, LeanIX and SAP Cloud ALM. The approach of IT process standardisation based on the SAP ALM Value Chain, so that our customers always benefit promptly from the regularly published SAP innovations, is very valid.

Michael Klöffer, Vice President and Chief Product Owner at SAP, gave an outlook on AI-generated documentation in SAP Cloud ALM as part of his presentation. Sounds exciting and perfectly complements the Conigma™ Connect approach of integrating SAP BTP AI Services for AI-based ticket routing into the integrated ITSM value chain.

In short: Galileo Group is really looking forward to the many exciting innovations that Galileo Group customers can expect from SAP Cloud ALM in the near future.
