In case of unknown problems, you may activate the trace in the main directory of the Connect installation by changing the value Logging.LogLevel.Default in the file "appsettings.json" from "Information" to "Trace". If no file with this name exists yet, please create a new one and take over the content of the file "appsettings.Default.json".
